1. Customer Service Exec (Part time) - Priority given to convert to full time when we move into an office/warehouse in 2012.  Position available immediate.

Working Hours   Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - from 11am till 4pm.

 

Occasionally you may be needed to stay an hour or two extra. Report to MD at home office in Sengkang

Jobscope Includes
Maintain of 3 websites (Bebebows.com, Bebebows-wholesale.com, Spendless-Cosmetics.com)Sales processing, uploading of new items on website, packing, liasing with courier and postal services, payment checking, sales accounting & report (for online sales only), arrange deliveries, updated on FB, and small-scale marketing to promote the websites. Reply emails and sms of customers, follow up orders and payment, and updating customers of tracking numbers. Any additional tasks assigned by the M.D.

You will be given your own desktop, namecards, name stamp, business email and company mobile phone for the job.

Rate: S$6.00 per hour

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office
• Preferably knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Picnik.com and Facebook Marketing
• Creative and High Initiative
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Preferably lives close to Sengkang (or within North East Area)
• Articulate
• Speaks and writes good command of English

2. Sales Executive - Freelance (Weekends Job)

- Must have transport (bike or car or van)Those with bike must have a box to transport the goods without being wet in case it rains, or a large waterproof bag.

Jobscope

Visits to the local retail outlets which carries Bebebows products on consignment. These stores can be located anywhere in the Singapore (West, East, North etc) 

You will be called in advance for the weekend you need to work. You need to report to Head Office on Saturday morning to collect stock reports for all the stores you need to visit for the day, and collect stock from Head Office to replenish the stores. At the end of the day, you are required to return to the Head Office submitting the files back, monies/cheques and be paid by commission.

You will be train on the products, pricing, updating files and invoice issuing.

This job will commence 1st weekend of June.

Commission is paid 8% of invoice issued to retailer with min$15 per retailer.

E.g. you visited 5 retailers that day with these sales invoice issued to them.
1. $200  Commission $16
2. $110  Commission $8.80 therefore min $15 applies
3. $300  Commission $24
4. $500  Commission $40
5. $230  Commission $18.40

Total commission for the day: $16 + $15 + $24 + $40 + $18.40 = $113.40

You may start with 1-2 weekends in June but as we win more local contracts, you could be visiting at least 35 stores monthly.

3. Adhoc Delivery (van only)

Those who have vans, can apply to be our adhov delivery - once or twice a month, we have events running at Expo which needs transport of fixtures. Collection from Head Office to location. The timings can be anytime from 4pm till 10pm assignments.

4. Bow-Makers
We are always on the search for more bow-makers. In order to be part of our production team, all applicants need to invest $75 on training, DIY Workshop (commencing next on 9th August 2011) and attend 2 hours session with us.  You will then receive your starter kit to start making bows. If your samples are accepted, you will be hired immediately. Your job is dependent on the contracts we acquire. Each accepted bow is paid at $0.30, and rejected ones will be asked to re-do. Our top bow-makers can make an average of 40 bows in an hour.
Advantage: Work from your own home, at your own time.  Must be skillful in handicraft.

5. Mom-prenuers!
If you have a great skill like sewing etc, and can produce these following items. Please feel free to send in samples, and if we like it, we will purchase 50 pcs - 100 pcs straight away! We are looking at expanding our line items and introducing more handmade items to our loyal customers.
