Shipping Information
(a) Local Registered Courier (Within Singapore): This is set at S$3.99 per order. So even if you spend $10 or $100, the total courier charge will just be $3.99. Selecting this mode of delivery is traceable. We have engaged a courier service that could deliver your parcel(s) on weekdays and during Business Hours only. Please revise the shipping address to your work address, if no one is at home during office hours. This is the ONLY option for delivery locally. We no longer allow self-collect or normal post.
(b) Courier International (Overseas Shipment): This is charge at 12% of the invoice value. For e.g. for an order of $20, shipping costs of $2.40 will be incurred to ship your goods overseas.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all applicable duties, fees and any other charges for customs clearance.
All of our products are carefully wrapped and packaged for protection. If your package arrives damaged or it does not arrive at all, please contact us so we can do our best to make it right. Please be patient.
Payment Information
At this moment, we ship worldwide. Only Singapore buyers have the option of paying through local bank remittence. Paypal is also available on our website. Customer will follow the exact amount indicated on your invoice upon check out, and use our Receipt No. as reference when remitting money. Our bank details will be sent to you via email once purchased is confirmed.
Refunds
We are happy to refund/or exchange defective items within 14 days of your purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please email us if you have any concerns. However, do take note the shipping cost are borne by the customer in most cases.

Conditions of Use
