- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit and debit card payments (via Paypal) or Paypal.
- Do you ship globally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping, we charge USD 6.50 for orders below USD 65. For orders more than USD 65, we offer FREE Shipping. For Singapore orders, delivery cost is USD 3.50 for orders below USD 65.
- Are the goods in stock?
The goods are in stock, and we usually ship within 24 hours. Due to the country, your expected lead time delivery is between 2 days - 20 days.
- How do I know if my order is shipped?
We will notify you with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Alternatively, you can log on anytime to check status of your order.
- How can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellation of orders after payment received.
- Can I be your distributor?
Yes, we welcome distributor globally. You can purchase our stock at wholesale prices with a low minimum. Contact us to speak further.
- What if my products arrived damaged?
We are sorry if that happens, kindly notify us immediately and we will replace with a similar product of value.
- What if my products are out of stock?
For out of stock products, we will do a refund back into your account.
- Are your products washable?
Due to the delicate design of our bows, they are not meant to be washed. However, you can wash the crotchet headband and Kufi hat gently by hand.
